White Shutters
Our recently renovated Victorian cottage is only a few minutes’ walk from the village centre, mainline railway station and a variety of pubs and restaurants.
There are a wealth of places to visit and explore during your stay: the New Forest (by bicycle which can be hired in the village or on foot), the south coast from Lymington to Bournemouth and beyond, Beaulieu and the National Motor Museum, Exbury Gardens or by ferry to the Isle of Wight.
Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury are within easy reach. We have a selection of guide-books, walk books and maps if required.

Accommodation
We have two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower-rooms (one with separate bath), with tea and coffee making facilities, radio and hairdryer. Guests have use of the lounge with its cosy wood-burning stove, television, DVD player and well stocked book-shelves.

For the hearty breakfast, we use local free-range produce, homemade bread and preserves, with fresh organic fruit from the garden in season. Tea or coffee and homemade cake are available on arrival and in the late afternoon. Please note that we have a non smoking policy.
Prices are £70-£75 per room per night including breakfast, with a minimum stay of two nights. Payment by cash or cheque on departure or by bank transfer seven days prior to arrival. We do not accept debit/credit cards. A deposit of £50 per room is payable on confirmation of booking. |
